If you haven't pre-approved, I can act as your loan officer, I will find the best
loan program that fit for you and get pre-approved from a lender. I encourage you to shop with other loan officer as well.
When you see a home that looks like it fits your
requirements and price range you can call me and I'll meet you at the home and show you the property. We can do this as many times as is necessary to find the right home for you.
Once you find the right home, we will write the offer, go through it completely and I will present to the seller. And negotiate to get the best deal for you.
Once you and seller have come to an agreement, I will start to process your loan ( if
I'm your loan officer ), help you order home inspection, negotiate with
the seller if there is any repairs that required by inspection.
You will be provided with the buyer’s book that has more detail information on home buying.
Last thing, when you buy a house from me, I will share 25%
- 40% of my commission as your buyer agent. You can use the
money anyway you like at the close of escrow or after I get
compensated.
